"Absolutely shocking experience at MG Motors - Crystal Care Service Centre, Noida. They charged an exorbitant amount for routine service — and in return, didn’t even bother to clean the car. Basic courtesy and service hygiene were completely missing. Worse, the staff had an extremely casual and indifferent attitude. Mr Vivek has No professionalism, no sense of responsibility, and zero ownership of the customer’s concern. When asked about the issues, their response was: “Aap complaint kar lijiye”. Is this the service standard MG promises its customers? This is not just a local service issue — it reflects directly on the brand image of MG Motors India. If this is how Crystal Care is operating under the MG badge, it raises serious questions about quality control and customer satisfaction at a national level. Tagging MG India to take strict action: @MGMotorIN – please take note. This kind of service alienates loyal customers and damages brand trust. Immediate intervention is needed to fix the rot at the ground level. Would never recommend this service centre to anyone — avoid at all costs."

"Pathetic is the only word, I can use to describe the entire service experience and staff at the service centre. I highlighted certain issues to be looked after but service staff simply ignored them. At the time of delivery car was delivered with red mark and even the front glass wasn't cleared properly. (Images attached) After sales experience has been quite dismal for us. Even after raising the concern on pulse none reached out yet. @MGMotorIN Please take cognizance of this before it gets too late. Buyers like us can't be harassed for placing their trust in MG."
